We recommend placing your order at least 7 days in advance for personalised hampers and 72 hours in advance for non-personalised hampers to ensure availability and timely delivery.
Yes, changes can be made with 72 hours’ notice for personalised items and 48 hours’ notice for non-personalised items prior to delivery.
We offer a 24-hour cancellation period after payment is made. After this, refunds may not be possible, as items may have already been sourced or prepared.
